Just woke up after having these insano dreams of Terrorist schools built next to high Schools, suicide bombers, man the events of the day are really seeping into my subconscious.

Weekend was pretty cool. PHC and I went into the Blockbuster I used to work in oh so long ago. It was closing and everything was 90% off, which means that it’s probably selling most of the stuff that I like (ie crap). I bought a couple of DVD’s for 99 cents (including the awesome 90’s Hackers! yes I said HACKERS!) lol.

Haven’t watched Chuck yet. Got it saved and will watch it this evening - can’t wait.

Put my name on the temp list today. Let’s see if I get any hits. I need to work, this economy el sucko’s!

Do I really need to even say this. I mean REallY?

Let’s step aside from the fact that the new movie is called “Karate” kid but takes placed in China and has Jackie Chan teaching a kid Kung Fu (Japan = Karate, China = Kung fu). Let’s just look at the fact that Smith looks reallllllly young, the girl he likes is way < than Elizabeth Shue even in her Eighties curly perm.
And Cobra Kai! Come on, there is no Cobra Kai, or Johnny, just some whiny Chinese dudes. lol. Seriously I’m going to see the movie, but Karate Kid is probably one of the greatest Martial Arts movies ever (yes I said it) so my hopes are low with it being good. That being said. Of course I’m going to see it.

I think even PHC is feeling better, which is good. Man that girl can cough!

Watching Naruto (good) and sending out resumes, trying not to get discouraged (bad).

Talked to FitnessPsycho (aka one of my oldest friends - it was cool to be able to chat and see what’s going on in her life in Florida. Alot of coinciding lines in our life at the moment).

Now. What am I going to write about. I need to start syncing myself up with that creative groove that sits in the back of my brain. It’s harder than it sounds. No really. So I have a notebook with a list of a billion ideas, now which one to try and flush out!!! Hmmmm

So it’s the NEW year. 2010! How bizarre does that sound rolling off the tongue? Very bizarre…at least to me. It sounds like the Jetsons, Buck Rogers, it sounds like a date that should be farther away than it is. It should be something we dream toward, not something we live in!
I’m home, still dealing with being sick. Grrrr. Amy is too, but she’s at work, which makes it ever more apparent that she is stronger than I am!

I’m watching the last three Doctor Who’s with Tenant in the corner of my eyes. Hard to concentrate on writing something while the Doctor is trying to save the world (or in this episode, watching people DIE!).

And I finished figuring out the first four comics that I have framed and will put above the bookcase. They aren’t the ones worth the most, except maybe in nostalgic value, but I was surprised how hard it was to pick just 4!
