Batman a master of a crap-ton of martial and a master tacticianbut Deathstroke is a superpowered, genious tactician that's knows a pretty good amount of martial arts and I think a very good swordsman. He uses something like a promethium broad sword one handed. He has the strength of somethin like ten marines, super human hearing, eyesight and can use like 90% or 100% of his brain capacity at any given time. If neither had prep DS would win. If both had prep DS would win VERY easily. Deathstroke would win. But in that case, I would say that Bat Man would win based upon personality factors and inventive genius. Which Slade seems to lack despite the 90% brain power. Slade's imagination is actually less than that of the Bat's when it comes to machines and gadgets. I would love to see Bat's brought back as a Death Stroke enhanced hero possessing some type of pseudo immortality. I think its well deserved.
