So tomorrow I have a meeting with a producer/manager. He called me to tell me he had read my script and dug it and wants to talk to me more.
S0 prayers and well wishes are welcome (thank you in advance).
W0rk is good, although I got slack jaws and wide eyes when my age came out the other day. I am not sure if people are amazed someone can BE 30 and still function, or they are just mesmerized that a 30 year old can act 12 all the time
I’m hoping for the latter.
God is good, that’s kind of my mantra at the moment. The Bible Study on Monday nights is pretty incredible and I’m just having fun getting into a deeper relationship with my God, my friends and my family.
I’ll write more when I know more compadres!

The day has been hectic from start to now…we haven’t finished yet!
After work I plan on getting some coffee with Miss Insley and THEN going to hit the midnight showing of the “GRINDHOUSE” at Graumann’s.
Tomorrow Tommy is coming up and we plan on making a day of being strange (as per usual).
Now onto the lessons of the day… (more…)

Busy weekend for me. I overbooked a bazillion things (sorry Brian I didn’t make it to your screening, I had thought I could do two things at once…no go!).
Basically the events in order
Moviewatching, grocery shopping, comic shopping, nap, cocktail party, dinner with Stargate chick and Crochet Queen, movie, sleep, church, Robin Hood, lunch with Martini, nap, reading, nap, Improv comedy show starring a darling friend with Stargate Chick and Crochet Queen, Blades of Glory, reading, sleep.
Now…things I’ve learned this weekend in order.
I need to start reading more, naps are good, groceries cost alot, naps are good, people need to start parties according to the time on the invitation, I am contradictory just for contradictory’s sake, I’ve got issues, God’s grace is massive, Mom is funny, Martini is a genius stud dude (though he gets pedicures), naps are good, Improv looks like it’d be fun, Jon Heder CAN move past Napoleon Dynamite, comic books are really awesome.

Mom was up this weekend and has given me a list…the list to end all lists! The list of “musts” for any potential suiterettes that come my way…so without further adieu, Mama Schwarzenegger’s top 10 things a girl must have to date/marry me. (more…)

i feel myself starting to slip into that “argumentative” mode. Not a constructive place to be, especially when it’s just commenting or getting entranced with various forums that I troll.

Pre - Grammy’s
The days preceding the Grammy’s seemed to mock me with the rapidity in which they started and ended.
I had hung out with Jax and the Court on Friday night, making the mistake of seeing the dreadful romantic comedy “Because I said soâ€. This disastrous piece of celluloid moved from mediocre to maddingly bad with the grace of Al Gore dancing…well..anything. Plot holes in which Optimus Prime could easily move through, and simulated elderly sex were more than a few reasons why I found myself making the face of someone who drank 5 month old milk.

swag
Any corporate/branded merchandise given out for free in order to promote the company/brand. Usually little trinkets or doodads, sometimes clothing, and always cheaply mass-produced
Swag. As in I gots me some! As in watch me swagger like jagger.
Ok maybe not.
