Charlton Heston is dead. And before some of you start thinking that all he was about was totin the NRA party line, remember that he was a great actor and a great man to stand up for Civil Rights. He was Marching for Black equality long before it was fashionable.

I was at Bible study when I got the text from Princess Hotcakes. I grabbed the phone out of my pocket and took a gander, though I usually don’t do so, especially when I’m with the boys. Of course now I’m glad I did.
It read.

There was a mass coordinated world wide protest against scientology that went on this weekend. Lots of people at various locales. Honestly I don’t know if I’ve seen young people get this excited about any particular cause in our current generation.
