This is awesome!!!! Thank you so much for sharing! I totally agree - 3 years ago my family switched our Christmas mindset to be simple (drawing one name each) and focused that day on spending more time together, laughing, giving and rejoicing in the true meaning of the day. It’s been wonderful! Although I do love the holiday season, I’m not too upset to be out of the country for the “consumer” season this year… Love this video, Jeremy!

I love this! I’m going to put it on my site too. I have hated the consumerism mentality for so long. I hate putting Christmas on a credit card that I have to spend the whole next year paying off, but I’m afraid too chicken that people will think I’m just stingy.
I want the joy of Christmas for what it means!

Yeah me too. There are a lot of people in my life that thrive on present giving, and I understand that, that’s a thing that works, me, not so much. I’m over it. Christmas stresses me out…every year!
