My Weekend round up.

What a fun weekend. Me and My honey took off in the wee hours of Saturday morning to San Diego. Got there and ate at a cute diner while looking at the dark clouds just off the coast.

But God does what he usually does and just before our good friend BrutalKris got hitched the skies parted and the sun shone and it was amazing weather.

It was also fun to catch up with the Lowrey’s I love those guys. I’m also kind of jealous that all the brothers and sisters are pretty much married off and they all live near each other. Yay for big close families.

Amy and I went downtown and putzed around for a tiny bit before heading back to the City of Angels and a well deserved nap.

That night she and I watched High school Musical. Ok, ok, it was cute, and yes I can’t get some of the songs out of my head. Bah!

Sunday we went and saw Zohan - eh.

Chinese food for lunch, another nap and then saw Goodnight and Goodluck. Really cool flick following some of the controversies during the McCarthy hearings. It’s the type of movie that makes you want to delve into history a bit more, fascinating stuff. That’s the second movie I’ve seen directed by George Clooney, I have to say, the guys got some chops. I’m impressed.

And that’s about it.
