*spoilers abound*
So I got up this morning and over a bowl of generic Cinnamon Toast Crunch decided to watch a little Gossip Girl.
Holy Dramaturgy Batman!!!
Georgina continues to posture as “Sarah”, a friend to Serena’s boyfriend Dan. When they meet Serena keeps up the act because Georgina has some sort of blackmail on her.
Little “J” finds out her new boyfriend is gay, AND is actually cheating on her with Serena’s little brother, which was brought to light by Georgina (she’s soooo evil) at a “family” dinner.
Dan and little J’s dad is calling Serena’s mom for advice on what to do about his daughter, obviously they are still in love and when this Serena/Dan thing breaks up look toward them getting back together. Plus the Dad turned into a pansy when his daughter tried to leave the house to go to a party (under the guise of “choir” practice), he found out about the deception and told her she was grounded, couldn’t go, etc and she said basically “what are you going to do?!!?” And he let her go, basically showing her that he has no power whatsoever. In wonderful progressive hippy fashion though he mumbled something to her about losing his respect…ahhh yes, respect. Respect is kickin ass and NOT letting the girl go out the door!

I shutter to think what my mom, Mama Scwarzenegger would have done. She would have probably headbutted me again, sent me to the floor and kicked a couple of the already bruised ribs (that was for not taking out the trash). This dude suddenly became more girl than guy in my eyes. BOOOOO
Blair is back to Queen bee after outing little J’s boyfriend. And then for the final moments we found out that it looks like Serena “Killed” someone. Did anyone read my post last week?!? Huh did you?!?! I totally called that suckahs!
Alas another week to see Serena evidently drowning in self pity and then making a couple of huge mistakes that will most undoubtably destroy her relationship with Dan.

I agree…but having Serena accidentally falling in love with an alien bounty hunter from Zardoz might be too much for the regular masses
Hmmm, I do not believe I would have EVER said “What are yu going to do?” to either of my parents, because a show of force would have followed. And I would have lost, miserably.
Better to skip choir practice, huh? :o)
